اِبدأْ بقلبكَ أوَّلاً!
يروي الهنودُ في حكاياتهم الشَّعبيَّة:
أنَّ فأراً كان في محنةٍ مستمرَّةٍ بسبب خوفه من القطط، فأشفق عليه ساحرٌ وحوَّله إلى قطٍّ!
لكنَّه أصبح يخاف من الكلاب!
فحوَّله السَّاحرُ إلى كلبٍ!
فبدأ يخاف من النُّمور!
فحوَّله السَّاحر إلى نمرٍ!
عندئذٍ امتلأَ قلبه بالخوف من الصَّيادين.
عندها أعاده السَّاحرُ إلى صورته الأولى كفأرٍ، وقال له: لن يُساعِدكَ أيُّ شيءٍ أفعله، لأنَّكَ تمتلكُ قلب فأرٍ، إذا أردتَ أن تتغيَّر فابدأ بقلبكَ أوَّلاً!
